What an HSP
actually is
HSP stands for halal snack pack. It started in Australian kebab shops and it is exactly what the name says: a box of hot chips, topped with the same meat that goes in a kebab, finished with sauce.
There is no set recipe across shops. The thing that separates a good one from a bad one is whether the meat came off a real char grill or out of a microwave, and whether the chips underneath are still crisp when it reaches you. Ours are cooked to order for that reason.

Sauces are $1.00 each: garlic, BBQ, mayo, sweet chilli, ketchup, chilli or lemon juice. Hummus, peri peri mayo and cheese sauce are $1.50. Extras: cheese or tabouli $1.50, jalapenos $1.00, extra meat $2.00.
These are counter prices. The delivery apps list them higher, because they take a commission on every order.

What meat can I get in it?
Lamb or chicken off the spit, or mixed. The kebabs use the same meat, so if you like one you will like the other.
Is the meat halal?
Yes. The lamb and chicken we cook are halal. More on that here.
What is the difference between small and large?
Chips and meat, in proportion. Small at $14.00 is a meal for one. Large at $17.00 is either a big appetite or two people sharing.
How late can I get one?
Till midnight Sunday to Thursday, and till 2am Friday and Saturday. Late night details here.
